Payment
We accept payment by credit card and Mobilepay. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT.
Delivery
We try as much as possible to ship orders placed before 5 pm the same day, orders placed after 5 pm will be shipped the following business day.
Right of complaint
According to the Danish Sales Act, there is a 2-year warranty period. Our warranty applies to defects in materials, deviations from design and/or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, your money refunded or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. Each case is always decided individually.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service.
Incorrect handling includes, for example, incorrect storage that can cause damage, incorrect use of the product in relation to its intended use, etc.
You must make a complaint within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/fault. Reasonable time is defined as being within the first 14 days after the item is received, or immediately after the fault is discovered. If the item breaks despite correct handling of the product, the right to a complaint applies.
We will cover return costs to a reasonable extent. Returns must be arranged in advance. COD shipments are not accepted.
Refund
If it is a refund, please include bank information in the form of registration number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred to your account.
The information can be provided without risk by email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund. Our emails are only processed by employees of the company, who are under a duty of confidentiality.
Return policy
There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased in our webshop, unless it is an online course, course or similar digital product. In these cases, the right of withdrawal lapses, cf. the Danish Sales Act, as soon as the purchase is confirmed and the digital product is accessible.
The period is counted from that day;

Where you receive the order.

Receives physical possession of the last item when it concerns an agreement for several different items, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several installments.

Receives the last batch or last part in physical possession when it comes to the delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts.

The first item in physical possession when it comes to regular delivery of goods over a specific period.
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless return labels are included in your shipment. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. A copy of the order confirmation must be included in the package. Please include our Cancellation Form for faster processing.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after cancellation. Notification of cancellation must be given by email. In the notification, you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation.
If you wish to return the item to us, you must fill out the enclosed Return Form and send the item back.
You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of your cancellation. We do not accept packages sent by COD.
You bear the risk of damage to the goods from the time the goods are delivered to you until we have received them.
Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal
The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:

Goods that are manufactured to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.

Sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

Goods that, due to their nature, are inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.

Goods where the seal has been broken.

Non-financial services provided where the provision of the service has commenced with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ends when the service has been fully performed.

Delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent that he or she loses his or her right of withdrawal upon confirmation of purchase.

Sessions such as counseling, coaching or therapy, if at least the first 20 minutes of the session have been held or if the client has not shown up for the appointment and has not canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

Sale items where it has been clearly stated that there is no right of withdrawal.

Newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except subscription agreements for such publications.

Agreements concluded at public auction.

Goods that deteriorate or expire quickly, such as food.
Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to examine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the goods as if you were trying them on in a physical store.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the condition and commercial value of the item when we receive it back. In order to get the full purchase price back, you are therefore welcome to test the item without actually using it.
Refund
If you cancel your purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount you transferred to us.
In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, it will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly stated otherwise.
We will withhold the refund of the amount until we have received the goods back, unless you have provided documentation of having returned the goods before then.

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted via the Complaints Portal to the Center for Complaints, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you can file your complaint in the EU Commission's online complaint platform.
